“Poor quality”

Had ordered a cushion. Looks very different to how it looks on the website and the actual cushion was of terrible quality - squished after a few days. Definitely not worth the £22 I paid for it. I had ordered alongside another cushion (different one) a few weeks ago now and I'm still awaiting a delivery.
