“unhappy with servcie”

once again,I have made complaint in june 2014 again in july 2014 it was on the system received letter they are looking in to this matter,I send all untilty bills and ducuments on time with tracker royal mail first class delivery I have called accord mortgages many times to sort this out ,I have received letter back dated 05 08 2014 from compliants manager i am sorry that you were unhappy with our service, they still looking in too again it been fews weeks now, accord mortages licence no 305936 reg in England no 2139881 I am going to complian financial ombudsman services, I have been too much in strees and headache please do not use accord mortages all you will get is headace I promise you this take my word I swear on this in few months you will get in stress, when your products come to end then life come to end
