“Poor customer service”

Doors look nice but are a bit cumbersome to slide about and eventually got 'sticky'. I contacted the company. It is £300 for a call out. Hefty but I assumed that it would be worth it. I had to upload photos of the doors onto the website so the engineers could 'visualise' the problem ahead of the call.
I was then given 12 hours notice of the visit. Seemed too good to be true and it was. In the event, the engineer did not turn up as he was half way across the other side of the country. He did turn up the next day however with 30 minutes notice. He hadn't even seen the photos I bothered to upload and the work took him 20 mins. For this I was charged £300 despite the fact that there are few moving parts in these doors and I had waited in all day the day before for no reason. It's a rip off in my view. I emailed the company to complain. No reply. I phoned and emailed again. Finally, a customer service agent phoned to say, nothing...
Poor customer service. Rip off call out fees. Disorganisation. Poor communication skills. I wouldn't bother with this company again.
