“very poor service”

Epping store very poor. 1st pair received gap between lenses and frame, 2nd pair store broke whilst collecting, 3rd pair sent with frames scratched, 4 pair still waiting. Communication & service has been really poor we have been nearly waiting 6 weeks for this pair of glasses and 4 trips to the store.
