Ordered tyres and booked appointment, only to find that the tyres would take over a week for delivery, so the delivery appointment was invalid straight away. Couldn't track using the system and eventually phoned the garage for fitting only to find no tyres
The delivery guy had turned up with no paperwork (according to the garage) and said that mytyres had not been in contact with them.
Phoned the main number and after being put on hold, the background music disappeared - still don't know if I got cut off. Phoned back and was told that I would get a refund but only once the tyres were returned.
All in all, a disaster. I've used online tyres dealers before but won't be using this group again.
