“refunds”

i have a cash plus card been ok untill my wife sent a fast payment to my account now they say can not process a payment untill you up grade,so i do not want to upgrade at this time how ever i have ask them to send the payment back to my wifes account they say it will take 7 days to transfer the funds back what sort of system are they operate even banks do not take that amount of time so now they have had our money for 6 days with no sign of a refund yet be aware you can not transfer moneys from bank accounts with out full access which they do not state when you open an account which is miss leading whats the use of an account if you can not pay monies in from ie wages,etc , all want i want is our money back why should they hold monies for 7 days after all its not there money be aware of their pratices.
