“policy renewal”

I have been very pleased with my dealing with Policy Expert.
The staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
The only downside was when my latest policy came up for renewal I was rang and thought I was dealing with a straightforward renewal. But I wasn't I was being dealt with as a new customer.
Luckily when the girl rang me to do the renewal she could see what had happened and sorted it out straight away.
I was refunded any payments made on the said policy quickly and now everything is fine.
I am happy I started to use this company and would recommend them.
Thanking you Policy Expert for a pleasant way of dealing with my house and insurance cover.
