“Incompetent”

Saw the Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport on website. They had to find where it was before I could test ride even though I had booked it. Paid deposit and told them how scruffy it was and it needed a good clean before I could collect it a fortnight later. Also agreed to install a Hugger for no cost. On the day of collection I phoned to confirm and was told that their supplier had sent the incorrect Oil Filter so I couldn't collect it. This after 2 weeks notice. The air went blue. Eventually they said I could collect it in the afternoon about 1 o/clock. Arrived to find that someone had thrown a bucket of water over it! Eventually about 3 o/clock it arrived outside. Whether the Filter had been changed or just cleaned and put back is anybody's guess. I had to point out to the so-called salesman that it was missing the agreed Hugger. He told me it took 3 weeks for it to be delivered, funny after I only paid a deposit 2 weeks previously. Rode home and whoever did the service didn't put in the Spark Plug Cover correctly, so that was lost. It's still on order.
