“Do not book with Global Hoopers”

We have also had a very negative experience with Global Hoopers. We also booked a holiday through them, i.e. flights, transfer, and a hotel. Everything was fine till we arrived to the hotel and found that there is no booking. At the end of the day, after a day of hell, we were transferred to a different (cheaper) hotel. When, on return, we demanded back the price difference we were told off. So, I totally agree with the person who started the thread: do not book with Global Hoopers. There is a change that is will be OK, but there is also a high chance that it will ruin your holiday. Type "Global Hoopers" in Google and read hundreds of other similar stories, and you will be convinced.
