It seems if you arrive for your holiday and all is well, great. But when things are wrong and it seems they frequently are, good luck getting onthebeach to fix it.
We arrived on hols last week abroad and find only 2 of our 3 rooms have been booked.
.. Try their live chat... 'Someone will be with you shortly' - gave up after 20 minutes
... Try their message service online... A 3 day wait for an answer.. (Enjoying your stress free holiday)
.... Ring them and wait for anywhere between 10 minutes and an hour, get someone who promises to ring you back, they don't....
Ring them again... Promised a call back... Never happened...
Just dire... Pay a little extra and go with a company that cares about customer service
