“Very efficient service”

Overall I had a great booking experience, the adviser was friendly and efficient and the information I subsequently received via email was comprehensive and clear - my entire holiday went to plan and was great value for money. You were also very helpful when I had to change one of the names on the booking last minute. The only thing I would have liked, with booking last minute and having very little time, would have been for the adviser to tell me about the trip adviser rating - it was poor for my hotel but fortunately I found nothing wrong with my hotel at all, but it would have been useful to know the trip adviser rating. One other thing, it would have been helpful if you tole me I had to check in on line for the return Ryan Air flight while actually on holiday - the hotel helped me with this.
