Before I started this program I felt a little bit overwhelmed by how much weight I had to lose. 2 stone might not sound like a lot but I really love my food and didn't want to have to start counting calories. The great thing about this program is that the meal plans are realistic and don't make you cut out treats altogether. By sticking to the diet plan and doing the work out videos I lost 2 stone by the end of the 12 weeks
