This is the second time in probably two months that I have called Homeserve out for the same problem! My drain at the kitchen sink was bloced at it had been before, the first time the guy cleared (?) it, but within a couple of days it had started filling up again! So I left it until it got bad before calling Homeserve again. I have to say on both occasions customer service has been brilliant, booking soon made for someone to come and both guys who came out very helpful, but this should not have happened again in such a short time, so obviously first time wasn't cleared properly . Touch wood all seems to be well at the moment after the second guy coming to clear it! I do find the reassurance that I can call someone without the worry of cost involved though!
