“Still awaiting refund since 8th july”

I am still waiting for a refund for item sent back on 8th July which I have confirmation from post office. Sent email TO MISS SELFRIDGE took 4 days to respond saying can take 28 days for refunds.Today 4th august I am still awaiting my money back I have spent 20 minutes holding on the phone line in queing system which is chargeable till I had to hang up due to phone charges I would never again purchase from miss selfridge nor would I recommend to anyone in fact people should know of my experience and how it is impossible to speak with a customer service agent the aftercare service is aweful. It's very obvious they need to employ staff to answer phones all I want is my money back and then hope to never hear from them again. If I could rate them as zero I would
