Kenzi Europa in Morocco was an excellent hotel. It is a lovely resort for both families and couples.
The early birds put their towels on the sun beds however the staff were happy to find beds and umbrellas on request. We also used Kenzi's private beach (just ask at the reception)
Money is easy to change in the hotel but change your money back to pounds early as the hotel doesn't keep pound sterling.
The entertainment team work really hard there was a full programme of dance. Aqua, football, cooking displays etc. the evening entertainment was outstanding on some nights.
The food was typical Moroccan. I really enjoyed the food. Breakfast was eggs cooked in different ways, pastries, bread and pancakes and a typical continental spread. I'm sure I've left foods out.
Lunch and evening meals again was Moroccan ie roast chicken , roasted vegetables, cheese, salads, beef, fish fried and grilled. Pasta and sauces, chips, boiled and fried potatoes.
If you are typical English you may not enjoy the food as there wasn't a burger or sausage in sight (YEAH!)
There are restaurants around so explore but watch the prices.
At 4pm they serve pastries and pancakes with chocolate sauce (those pancakes are delicious)
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please.
Our room over looked the pool. It had a balcony so we were able to chill in our room.
House keeping was excellent the rooms were cleaned daily.
On our last day we had to check out at mid day but we had an evening flight. A locked room was available for guests to leave their luggage in or some guests paid an extra £23 to keep the room until 5pm.
Trips were excellent so shop around for the best price. There is a little train that goes around the town it's definitely worth a trip.
We really has a relaxing time and started our holiday with a massage. Would definitely go again!
