I purchase 3 cards two years ago thinking it was safer than taking cash on holiday and more secure than using credit cards, how wrong can you be.
Most of the time the cash machines abroad would not accept the cards so we had to use our credit cards which was the one thing we did not want to do.
On returning to the UK I tried to withdraw money in euros ( The cards was in euros ) from a post office travel money exchange only to be told the post office do not accept their own cards to provide euros and I would have to post the cards to head office to have them converted back to pounds then use the pounds to purchase euros.
Please think carefully before purchasing these cards.
