Getting a five day free trial is a great way to start. You cannot really benefit from the app after the trial though as it only lets you enter five things per day. Take advantage of the 'Buy two months, get one month free' offer. You'll feel better about spending £16.99 and there are things you can access better on the computer. Using the site/app every day has really helped me see results. The forum is great; you can keep up to date with someone's progress and pass on/receive encouragement. Many people prefer this to other weight loss programmes. You can make your weight loss journey as private or as public as you like. Everything is clear and easy to follow. Changing your settings to treat yourself once a week helps you feel that it's not a diet, but a way of changing attitudes to food and lifestyle.
