“not worth your time or money”

Staff can be rude,pricing changes from person to person.messed up my a.c details spent hours on the phone to try and get to the correct person to talk to.the manager was the only one that was pleasant it should have never of got to the stage of having to get him to deal with me.I have spent hours on the phone to them and still haven't got the answers I was looking for.makes you wonder how there still in business.DON'T USE THIS INSURER
