“learn my lesson...”

I sent my package from Dhaka, Bangladesh to Indonesia.. They said will be arrived within a week.. They offered me insurance..i bought it.. I sent on 23 June 2014 before ramadan because most item is Eid gift for my family & teachers..Until now August 1st my package still remain in custom without any helps from the,m.. They asked my mom which lives in other island to pick up & bring all documents.. I told them its costly to come & she is old lady that cant helps her self..I spent $270 for sending, i dont know should i claim for my insurance or not because not really worth it..From now i learned my lesson not to use DHL anymore.. they do nothing to help things out & i dont know if my package still in airport custom or they already sharing all that clothes..
