O2 are a joke every month there's a problem with my bill and now my phone isn't working they are telling me it's my fault I've done everything I can to fix it yet I still have to charge t 2 times a day. apples tell me to go to O2 as it's their responsibility but O2 are saying it's apples responsibility and they are telling me if I pull out of my contract I still have to pay line rental even though I will not be using my phone how does that makes sense oh then rob from O2 decides to hang up on me !!!! Can safely say I will never ever have a contract with O2 again . Every month they charge me for picture messages when I get them for free so I make a phone call every
Month to fix that now my phones faulty they are not willing to help
