“Guaranteed Special Delivery before 1pm next day NOT!!!”

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!Recommend by post office Clerk to spend £6.40 for GUARANTEED BEFORE 1pm next day instead of recorded delivery or 1st class as this is tracked, what a joke! when tracked on website it states its on its way" well we know its on its way we posted it, several calls between 2pm- 5.55pm we are told Royal mail deliver up until 6pm, I have never in my life seen a postman delivering letters in the afternoon, Staff rude on the telephone at last call at 5.55pm obviously wanted to go home as called at 6.03pm hear answer message office closes at 6pm!! Still not had delivery that was expected yesterday and its after 1pm 2 days later and now have to pay £100 train tickets. All royal mail say is it must be frustrating but there nothing we can do, when you finally receive it you can TRY and claim your £6.40 back. Never use Royal Mail, they don't deserve our support!! Hermes will do it better with proper tracking/.
