“New road bike broken after 2 days - "not our problem"”

Bought a Cannondale road bike from Fulham Branch. 2 days later, spoke breaks without warning or being put under undue stress. Wheel out of true. Spoke replaced by Evans but wheel still has a flat spot. Evans insist spoke breaking is my fault "I must have given it a real wack". There are no signs on the rim or elsewhere of hitting the kerb or another bike. I rode the bike for 180 miles on roads over the 2 days without any events to cause a spoke to break. Evans when pushed said they would send it back for warranty repair. I heard nothing for 2 weeks. Went into shop and told bike ready for pick up but that wheel had a flat spot (ie nothing done to the wheel). I saw the manager, who appeared more responsive than his staff. He said he would speak to the Head Mechanic and get back to me in the day. That was 2 days ago. Just tried, several times, calling and nobody answering. Once it's sold they are not interested (and even before they aren't very interested eg. sending me out on bikes to try out with very different tyre pressures). There is one guy there, Darwin, who seems interested and competent at his job. Not enough.
