Called into the watch lab in chester while I was on a break.i had an antique ladies cocktail watch that was 94 years old.had been to lots of different watch repairers to be told no guanrantee that it could work again.But the advisor in chester told me so much about the watch it was amazin,i called back later he gave me a quote,but told me that it would be in working order.i thought about it,yes I had it restored.It was ready before the time given,all the way along I was kept in touch by the branch.The watch is platinum ,diamonds and sapphire.Casing built new crown and stem .mech wind,new glass,all overhauled.its looks amazing.its shines so much,i am so so very happy,and I will tell all my friends about you.thank you so much to everyone involved
