Cancelled my policy after a couple of weeks and went back to Admiral! Initial insurance quote was pretty good, I would also get £25 back if I stayed with them for over 60 days... then I got a letter from them thanking me for notifying them of changes to my policy. Emailed them and received a response telling me to phone 0844 etc. Called them and was told they hadn't received proof of no claims (which I'd posted) so them I emailed a copy and got a response saying they'd get back to me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later I email again, same response - call 0844. Call them and are told that the proof of no claims I'd sent didn't count and I needed to get another form.. by this point I was extremely bored - oh and I would get my refund after a £25 admin fee was received after they had gotten proof of no claims.. So I cancelled. Best £55 cancellation fee I've ever paid.
