If you are looking to use home shopping to make your life easier, do not use Asda Groceries. I have had nothing but problems (and have almost been reduced to frustrated tears!) with Asda as briefly listed below:
1. I consistently have to change my password as Asda does not recognise my details despite having completed 4 orders with them.
2. One £60.00 order was £15 short of delivered goods as they were left on the van. Customer services not bothered and could only offer a refund rather than turning the van around or arranging a re-delivery for that day.
3. After placing an order of £81, Asda only delivered £71 worth due to no stock of certain items. As well as deducting £115 from my bank account, they 'shadowed' the original £81 for 7 days. In other words I did not have access to my £81 for a week.
4. Spent an hour compiling an order only to be blocked by an unresponsive "Continue" button that would not allow me to check out. No way around it.
In all of the problems above customer services have been poor to say the least. Premium rate to call their 0800 number as I do not have a land line. Don't expect a reply to your emails.
