“Most Backward bank I have dealt with”

requested to change address - 3 weeks later i receive a letter asking for proof of ID (I live in Aus) even though I was advised this was not necessary - so I can't email it and can only send via post or Fax - Bank is in the dark ages.
Would never bank with them again.
