I ordered a chiminea cover for £25 which was charged immediately. It didn't arrive. On contacting them I was told they no longer supply this item. Why it was advertised is anyone's guess. They apologised for not contacting and said my money would be returned within 3 days. I contacted again and told it would be passed to the accounts department. I'm still waiting for my refund
