Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm (except Wednesday)
Wednesday: 10am to 5.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: email support from 10am to 3pm
Those are the support hours, offered by easily.co.uk. I think that says it all really.
I have many clients with many hosts, but easily is by far the worst. Always slow to upload/download to. Always slow to upload files. A number of my clients have issues with uploading files via web interfaces due to backend server problems with easily which are pretty much daily.
As soon as I take on a new client and I find out they are with easily.co.uk the first job is moving them off and on to a reliable hosting company.
Would not recommend, and would suggest they bring their servers and support in to the 20th century let alone the 21st.
