This review is based on performance so far - booked my holiday two days ago paying for both myself and my daughter, today I recieved a telephone call informing me that the "wrong machine" had been used to process my payment and could I make another payment today with the original payment being returned in three to five working days. You will not be surprised to know that my answer was an unequivocal NO. Another call ten minutes later saying a manager had been spoken to - I could wait till my refund showed in my bank and then pay again. None of this fills me with confidence and it is unlikely that I would use you again, although of course if everything goes smoothly and the holiday is a success I may reconsider.
