“Need to improve”

I made an appointment at boots opticians Chester
The process was great, until I needed to order a certain contact lens.... No one got back to be once they were ordered I tried calling to see if they turned up 5 time I called and no one picked up! And I still have had no phone call about the lenses coming in to the branch. Customer service terrible!!!
