“Started well now useless”

I initially got told in my first phone call to them I'd be paying £170 over 5 years then once all signed up this payment tripled and is now over 6 years. I think loads of staff have left as the service has become shocking. When you get a bonus payment they take weeks to tell you what you need to pay them. E mails if they do reply to it now takes 5 weeks to reply. Half the time I email they never respond I get letters in the post for other people and it's all in photocopied paper not even proper original company paper. I get statements from my creditors that show payments of next to nothing so Dfd must be keeping most of it. I would not recommend this to anyone. It drags on like a prison sentence and you live on peanuts for too long. It's ok for a whole then drives you up the wall. Then when you ring them they say you have an allowance for that. FFS. If you want to live on smart price food. If it wasn't for supportive family inviting you round for dinner and taking you out you would seriously give up on everything and all this for bring honest. What winds me up it's the f ing creditors who are actually to blame for not being responsible in the first place they should be held accountable but oh no they get away with it all. W****ks
