“Must go again!”

Easy to use website; have used on previous occasions. Great hotel with friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer but had a lovely break with my daughter. We spent some time 'discovering' the V&A, walking in Hyde Park, trying some different restaurants. HotelDirect emailed us a couple of days before our trip to confirm our booking details - we found this quite reassuring. Will happily use the company again.
