General Comments
My GA-7VRX is running an Athlon Palamino 1900 Mhz processor , with 256 Meg DDR Ram (un-certified), standard clock speed .
I got round the lockup problem by hitting the reset button at the end of the first boot attempt.
AGP card is a Gigabyte AG32S (Rage 128), a budget 3d model .
The overclock utility for the rage 128 card fails to install correctly , another black mark for Gigabyte , I suspected the video card as faulty until I found this review site, thanks guys I can go back to my supplier and give them a hassle.
The GA-7VRX was cheaper priced, but if I knew there was an AGP problem I would have picked another motherboard !
