“Outstanding customer service”

I ordered two pairs of glasses here. The delivery to Europe was not simple, and two pairs were lost in transit (an empty frame and a pair of sunglasses.) The company insisted on replacing both at their own cost, and persisted over a long period until I finally had two pairs of well-made glasses. They were at all times cheerful and helpful, and in my experience they went a lot further than most to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm very well impressed!
