WRITE A REVIEW

“Excellent work but poor service”

Firstly, I have to say that the work done was absolutely excellent. Autorestore made it very easy to make an appointment and having my car resprayed at home was very convenient.
The workman arrived on time and was friendly and professional, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the job he's done - the paintwork looks like new!

The only complaint I have is that the after-work service has been very very poor.

When booking my appontment I was asked to provide bank card details but assured that no payment would be taken from this card. I had been planning to pay for the work using my husband's card, and as I was told the card details I provided would not be used, I happily gave them. Silly me. Payment was indeed taken from my card following completion of the work, and despite numerous attempts to contact Autorestore for a refund and to pay using my husbands card instead, they are now proving very difficult to get hold of.
