Everything went smmothly from ordering to delivery, we were even able to 'pin down' the delivery time to something more specific than the original 4 hour window quoted. The item was extremely well packed to protect from damage and I felt I had paid a competetive price for it, it's delivery and the removal of the old appliance.
Only 2 things marred the experience-
1. The after sales telephone call from Boots appliances which was pointless and quite simply an attempt to get me to purchase a rediculous extended warranty for 'just £1.50 a week' which adds up to the cost of two brand new washing machines over the 5 year period!
2. I have since found exactly the same machine incl delivery etc for sale at over £50 pounds less-gutted.
