I have been with tesco for a year, and I can say nothing but praise for them. In Novemeber 2013 someone drove into the back of me when i was stationary about to apply my handbreak, but the person behind hit me at such a speed push me into the car in front. Tesco where so helpful on the phone and sorted out a courtesy car the next day, sorted out the repair company to come pick my car up to get it repaired. In the accident I also broke my figures on my hand due to the impact of hitting my windscreen. Tesco Legal team contact me the following day to make sure if i was alright and to see if i wanted to make a claim. A week after the accident they rang me back up because they wanted to make sure I was alright and update me on my car. They could not of been better.
Marked them down 1 star because I got my renewal today and it was £200 more then the quote they gave me on compare the market! I rang them up to speak to them about this and they matched this quote no questions asked. TIP - always challenge your quotes.
