“Terrible Customer Service”

I booked a hotel in Fuengerola in October for 6 night , however I received some very bad news about my health , so I called Hotels4u to cancel .After waiting 30 minutes on hold I gave up , the day after was the same .At the third attempt I managed to get through , I explained my circumstances , all that the female on the other end said , without emotion , was that I need to email Hotels4u and promptly hung up .So I emailed , and emailed , and again I emailed , on day 3 ( again ) I received a short email stating that I have to cancel with the agency which I booked ???? I booked through Hotels4u . I am totally disgusted and very disappointed with this company , terrible terrible customer service , shame on you!
