I used this site for the first time. The breakers yard Midlands Renault Parts were happy to take my money via Pay Pal and now 8 weeks later they still have not supplied the part nor will they give me a refund.

I have phoned numerous times but just get fobbed off with lines like that's already been sent. or it is on its way'

This site is a good idea but open to rogue traders
