It's 5.30pm, no-one has come to collect my parcel (at a cost of £85). There is NO phone number for customer service at all on the website. It is not at all clear which company is actually supposed to be collecting it. When I give the reference number to the company I think might be collecting it (given to me by Parcel Monkey) they say it is invalid. I cannot find their phone number in Yellow pages either.
