Last week, I ordered three shirts from Zumiez Online Store. Of course, I was charged the total amount at time of purchase. I was checking my credit card account and noticed that Zumiez put an additional $100 of funds on hold on my credit card. I called customer care to inquire and they said that since my order had to come from different stores, they each charged you but those charges would drop off. That is horrible in my opinion. I have never had that happen from any store that I have ordered from online. What if that $100 was not available or I needed it to pay a bill? They should charge you one time and deal with it themselves not put it on the consumer. I will never buy anything online from them again! As of right now, those charges are still pending. They better not go through or I will be super angry. Be warned about their questionable practices!
