Customer Service Quality

Booked dates and flight, Fleetway staff phoned me to advise of nearer airport and better dates for our holiday. All changed and sorted by them followed by confirmation e mail. All queries answered promptly, professionally and with ease. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Fleetway kept in touch advising of changes in flight times, guidance on travel insurance, changes in airport control regs and a handy checklist a week before the travel date!

Honesty Review

The hotel details were exactly as described by Fleetway if not better! The travel arrange nets went as planned and I would have no hesitation in booking through them again in the future.

The purchase was made via Secret Escapes and Fleetway, Secret Escapes has been used by me on several occasions. Fleetway excelled compared to other pairings to this site. Would have liked to have known they existed before! Would have liked to have known more about what Fleetway had to offer before I made my purchase. Having said that both Secret Escapes and Fleetway have done a great job. Didn't want to come home!!
