“Delivery so bad I don't even know what the product is...”

I can't actually comment on the quality of the product I ordered yet (although I will be completely unsurprised if it arrives damaged given it seems to have been knocking about in a warehouse or the back of a van for the best part of three weeks at this point)

Ordered a bath screen on July 12th (via their Amazon shop) with an estimated delivery range of July 21st - 24th. Had to send my bathroom fitters away on Friday 25th with the job incomplete as the screen had still not arrived by the end of the week.

When I chased them today (note, at no point did anyone from Splash Direct or Domestic Distribution, the couriers contact me to advise of late delivery, I had to do all the chasing myself) I was told the earliest they could now deliver was Thursday 31st July, a full 14 working days after I ordered for an item supposedly in stock at the time.

All I can say is I'm glad the rest of my bathroom refit came from the Bathstore and Victorian Plumbing (who, in contrast to Splash Direct, had very helpful customer service staff when arranging a replacement for a damaged item). I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future and would advise you to do the same.
