“Disappointed”

Some years ago I visited Boussetil rooms in Tinos island in Greece and I was satisfied. So, I chose again to book there. Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed. First, the room was not clean enough (there were tiny pieces of hair on the bedsheets and the pillows); the wc was smelling urine, (the toilet was broken and it was rejoined with as if with glue), the flush out of order and the room stiflingly small. Second, on the one hand, the yard just outside our room was crowded, so we had our window and door always closed, on the other hand there were dung not picked away, smelling bad out of our room and on our last day the big trash can was turned over with the garbage out. Besides, at the other end of the yard there was a gap towards a wild dingle, which is very dangerous for kids or pets. There were also many cats around and the laundry was hunging around. And in the end the icing on the cake; on our arrival, after we payed and asked from Manthos to give us a lift to the port he refused with the excuse that he had to go out with company.. and therefore he suggested us to take a taxi (while on our arrival he came to the port to pick us with his van). In a few words when we hear the name Boussetil, we run away!!
