“Home delivery is terrible”

We ordered kitchen units to be delivered at our home address and when we asked the shop assistant for details he told us we'll get those in a text message. The message stated a link to ikea website and our order number but in order to find out when the delivery arrives the website was also asking for an email address! Since the order was completed in-store and the assistant didn't take this we weren't able to log in. The call center number provided is completely useless. I was on hold for over 16 minutes several times listening to ABBA to the point i just hung up.

Do not use their home delivery because if you have any issues there's no person to speak to.
