“smooth and easy experience”

I always think that the best websites are those where you navigate effortlessly between pages without even realising you are doing so.
I just placed an order within a few minutes, and found exactly the product I was looking for. There were also no complications with the check out process either.
The drop down menus were clear and helpful, and I appreciated the search bar at the top.
I also loved that there was no lengthy sign up process- after placing an order, I noticed that I was automatically logged in to the site.
The colours of the site are pleasing and attractive.
Great compatibility with Firefox.
Perhaps my only suggestion would be to add some more interactive flash elements such as a live chat box, or moving graphics/video.
All in all a great experience.
