I dropped my phone nearly 2 months ago and smashed the screen I am unable to unlock it. I contacted them and they sent me forms to fill so I did and sent them back they said they would be in touch in 3-5 days... 1 whole month later and still no contact so I rang them and they told me that I needed to provide ID so i did just that by email then they 'took out' payment... they said that they would send a email back with details on where to send the phone and what to do with it... a week later no email so i waited a little longer another week later still no email so i rang them again and they told me that there had been problems with payment i don't understand why they didn't call to tell me... so a few days later i get a call to tell me payment has been successful and that now they can send the details where to send it... and now 6 days later STILL NO EMAIL!!!!!
i have also tried to ring them but the phone doesn't ring it just beeps once and then disconnects.
i was hoping to get my phone fixed and back as fast as possible but that doesn't seem possible to these people!!
i wont recommend this company to anyone.
