“Traveller Beware”

Unfortunately very bad experience with Enterprise in Warsaw Poland. To start with - poor customer service. We had to wait for an hour for the person at the hire desk to serve 2 customers in front of us. When we finally got served we were reprimanded that we were late a couple of hours in picking up the car - according to them if the car is not picked up within 2 hrs from the confirmed time, the car will be offered to someone else (even if it is pre-booked and pre-paid in full!) Madness. Then we had to pay huge deposit of which we were not informed when booking. The car we hired for 2 weeks had to be returned the next day due to problems with the breaks. Same type of car was not available as replacement - so had to downgrade without price adjustment. It started with a nightmare and at the end we were told that to get our deposit back would take 30 days! Avoid Enterprise Warsaw!
