I had my clutch replaced 7 months ago, at the Wimbledon branch; I found the technicians decent and polite overall.
Unfortunately, my car broke down a few weeks ago, and on inspection, it turned out to be a problem with the gearbox. On closer inspection, it became clear that the gearbox had failed due to a faulty/broken clutch plate - fitted by Mr Clutch - which had caused metal filings to enter the gearbox.
When I contacted mr Clutch's head office, about the faulty part and they were less than helpful. Apparently, by not going to one of their technicians when my car broke down, I had invalidated my warranty! Even though the original problem was gearbox failure! I explained this to them, and suggested a replacement clutch plate - as a gesture of good faith. They emailed back to say they were 'unable to help further at this time'.
