“Worst Customer Service experienced by a company!”

The entire Mortgage Process has been terrible from start to finish. I have been lied to by call centre staff and promised things would be done which turn out to be false and find out staff haven't even actioned by requests. It's not right for the customer to be chasing up mistakes made by staff members. I also had to request to view my valuation report as I never received details on how to view this myself. There is lack of communication at ALL levels in this process and where the customer is left in the dark and has to suffer as a result. At times you can be waiting for 30 minutes to talk to call centre staff about your mortgage application and then when you do get to speak to an agent they put you hold for long periods. Words cannot describe what poor service I've received. I did read the reviews but didn't think much of it as I didn't believe that this would happen to me, but I couldn't have been more wrong. As a result of many problems I have withdrawn my application and even this is proving difficult to terminate with so many complications.
